Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   1. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 and older.
   2. Participation requires: (a) a computer, phone, tablet or other electronic device with access to the internet; and (b) one or more photograph(s) clearly showing rubbish or waste collected by the participant and subsequently lawfully and responsibly disposed of in accordance with any applicable local regulations.
   3. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion:
      1. employees, officers, and directors, of the Sponsor and its related entities (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001);
      2. employees, officers, and directors of any advertising, fulfilment or marketing agencies engaged by the Sponsor in relation to the Promotion and any of its related entities (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001); and
      3. the immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households (whether related or not) of any person(s) listed in clauses 1)(c)(i)-(ii).

1. How to Participate
   1. Eligible participants must access the Promotion entry page located at: https://share.hsforms.com/1s-DSC0FMTgmMjcIjIr641Qny1z6 and complete and submit the entry form by providing all requested information of the participant including:
      1. full name;
      2. email address;
      3. residential address;
      4. age range;
      5. phone number (optional and only to be used to contact winners);
      6. one or more photograph(s) of the trash/rubbish recovered by the participant;
      7. the location from which rubbish was collected (e.g. goldfield, beach, field or park)
