 OFFICIAL RULES – MINELAB RACE TO THE REALM CHALLENGE  

 

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING AN IN-APP PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER.

These Official Minelab Race to the Realm Challenge Rules (the "Official Rules") apply to the Race to the Realm Challenge Event (the “Challenge”) and the In-App Giveaway (defined below). Participants and entrants are responsible for reviewing and understanding these Official Rules prior to entering the Challenge or the In-App Giveaway. By participating in the Challenge or by entering the In-App Giveaway you accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and agree to be legally bound by them.

 

1. Sponsor. The Sponsor of the Challenge and In-App Giveaway “RACE TO THE REALM™” is MINELAB AMERICAS, INC., 3565 Butterfield Road, Suite 121, Aurora, IL 60502 (the "Sponsor").

2. Administrator. The Administrator of RACE TO THE REALM™ is Devour Next Inc. (the "Administrator") by way of the DevourPlay.io (the "Platform"). The Administrator administers the Challenge and the In-App Giveaway via the DevourPlay platform. Except for its role as Sponsor, the Sponsor and its associated companies, affiliates or subsidiaries are not responsible for the administration or technical operation of the Challenge or the Giveaway, including the collection or processing of entries, the judging of the participants, or the selection of winners.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The RACE TO THE REALM Challenge (the "Challenge") and the In-App Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is only open to those who sign up at https://content.minelab.com/minelab-race-to-the-realm-2026. To be eligible to (a) participate in the Challenge or (b) enter the Giveaway and to be eligible to win a Prize (as described below), a person must be, at the time of participation in the Challenge and/or entry into the Giveaway: (i) a registered member of the Platform who has agreed to the Terms of Service of the Platform (the "Terms of Service") and is not in breach of the Terms of Service either at the time of entry, before the time of entry, or during the Total Entry Period set out below, (ii) no younger than 18 at the time of entry into the Challenge or Giveaway, and (iii) a permanent, legal resident of the United States.

3.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a person is ineligible to enter the Challenge if they are a resident of Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, Virginia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other U.S. territories. A person is ineligible to enter the Giveaway and ineligible to win a Prize if they are a resident of the states of New York or Florida, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other U.S. territories. You are ineligible to participate in the Challenge and/or enter the Giveaway and ineligible to win a Prize if the Sponsor, Administrator, or Platform has banned you from participating in this Challenge or Giveaway or all Giveaways on the Platform. Persons in any of the following categories are also not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who, since January 1, 2026 were or are employees, officers, directors or agents of the Sponsor; their parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, or retailers; or the service agencies of any of the above organizations; (b) individuals engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of the Challenge or Giveaway; or (c) employees of, persons in the immediate family of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. For the purpose of these Rules, “immediate family members” are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren. The Challenge and Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any Challenge or Giveaway entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified. By participating in this Challenge and/or Giveaway, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, subject to state or federal law.


3.3. The Sponsor and Administrator shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Challenge and Giveaway. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

3.4. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor or Administrator for the purpose of the Challenge or Giveaway must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Administrator reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

4. Agreement to Rules

4.1. By entering the Challenge and/or the Giveaway, the entrant ("You") agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements as described in section 3.

4.2. In addition, you agree to accept the Administrator's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Challenge and Giveaway. You should look solely to the Administrator with any questions, comments or issues related to the Challenge or Giveaway.

5. Entry Period. The Challenge and Giveaway begins on May 28th, 2026 at 12:00PM PT and ends on August 19th, 2026 at 12:00PM PT (the "Total Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Total Entry Period or outside of the Entry Periods (described below) will not be eligible. Total Entry Period to consist of three (3) Entry Periods (each an "Entry Period") with entry eligibility valid expressly during the periods of time outlined below:

  • Entry Period 1 – Entry eligibility from May 28th, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT to June 24th, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT
  • Entry Period 2 – Entry eligibility from June 25th, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT to July 22nd, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT
  • Entry Period 3 – Entry eligibility from July 23rd, 2026 at 12:00 PM PT to August 19th 12:00PM PT.

 

6. How to Enter - CHALLENGE

6.1. During the Entry Period, contestants must:

(a) Register using the online form provided at https://content.minelab.com/minelab-race-to-the-realm-2026 and pass any verification requirements set by the Administrator and/or Platform.

(b) Accept these Official Rules

(c) Complete designated in-app skills challenges and out-of-app skills challenges as described on the challenge hub.

(d) Submit any required proof, materials, or verification for out-of-app tasks in the required format by the applicable deadline.

(e) You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules for this Challenge, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator and/or Platform.

 

6.2. In-App Challenges. Challenge participants can perform certain in-app challenges related to completing platform tasks, referring participants, or registering eligible products. Completion of these challenges may result in the participant receiving points, as specified on the Platform, which count towards their overall placement in the Challenge.

 

6.3 Out-of-App Challenges. Challenge participants can perform certain out-of-app challenges related to participating in community activities, attending events, and successfully completing skills-based activities at events. Completion of these challenges may result in the participant receiving points, as specified on the Platform, which count towards their overall placement in the Challenge.

 

6.4 Participants may earn up to a maximum of 220,000 total points (“Points”) during the Challenge. Points have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Points are distributed across the categories described below and are used to calculate your final score in the Challenge.

    1. Evergreen Challenge Actions (Carry Over Across Entry Periods). Participants may earn up to a maximum of 120,000 Points total through Evergreen Actions, including:
    2. Special Assignment Challenge Actions (Reset Each Entry Period). Participants may earn up to a maximum of 100,000 Points total through Special Assignments, which do not require any purchase, distributed as follows:
  • App Engagement (Karma): up to 75,000 Points
  • Product Affinity / Live Challenge: up to 25,000 Points
  • Rewards Points: up to 20,000 Points

Product Affinity / Live Challenge Points may be earned through any combination of eligible product purchase/registration, existing product verification (collectively, “Product Affinity”), and Live Challenge Points. Participants may earn no more than 25,000 total Points in this category, regardless of the combination of activities completed. Participants may earn Live Challenge Points by successfully completing a skills-based activity at an eligible live event. Participants may earn Live Challenge Points only one (1) time during the Challenge, regardless of the number of eligible live events attended. Live Challenge Points will be scored based on objective criteria established by Sponsor and applied within the participant’s Product Affinity / Live Challenge category after the applicable results are processed by Sponsor or Administrator. Rewards Points are addressed in Section 6.7 below. Points earned through Evergreen Actions carry over across all Entry Periods. Participants may earn no more than 120,000 total Points through Evergreen Actions, regardless of the combination of Evergreen Actions completed.

  • Entry Period 1: up to 25,000 Points
  • Entry Period 2: up to 33,500 Points
  • Entry Period 3: up to 41,500 Points

Points earned through Special Assignments do not carry over between Entry Periods.

    1. Point Milestones & Digital Rewards. Participants may unlock opportunities to receive randomized digital rewards at the following Point thresholds: 10,000 Points; 30,000 Points; 60,000 Points; and 90,000 Points. Rewards may include, but are not limited to, Points rewards, discount codes, or other promotional items. Any Points awarded through Point Milestone rewards range from 1,000 to 5,000 Points per opportunity, up to 20,000 Points in total, and carry over across Entry Periods. Rewards have no cash value, are not guaranteed, are separate from the Prize draws set forth in Section 7 below, do not alter the odds of winning unless explicitly stated, and are not redeemable for cash.
    2. Leaderboard & Qualification. Participants will be ranked based on total Points earned within each Entry Period. Sponsor may display an unofficial leaderboard during the Contest Period. Any leaderboard is unofficial until scores are verified by Sponsor. In-app challenges will be scored automatically based on gameplay data captured by Sponsor’s systems. Out-of-app challenges will be scored or noted by Sponsor or qualified judges based on the published criteria for that task. Only challenges completed during the Entry Periods and verified by Sponsor will count towards a participant’s total score.
    3. Finalist Selection. The top five (5) high scores from each Entry Period (each, a “Round”), or such other number as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, may qualify for a final competition event (the “Finals Event”) based on the highest cumulative Point totals for that Round. In the event of a tie, those participants will participate in a Tie-Breaker Knowledge Challenge, where the challengers will compete to see who can answer certain product and industry questions with the most correct answers in the least amount of time. The Finals Event is completely optional, is based on skill, not chance, and is governed by its own set of rules and regulations.

 

7. How to Enter - GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY.

7.1 The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an available Giveaway entry (each, an "Entry Method") using the online form provided at https://content.minelab.com/minelab-race-to-the-realm-2026 and pass any verification requirements set by the Administrator and/or Platform. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Giveaway, as specified, to be eligible to win a Prize (described below). You must provide the information requested.

 

7.2 You must complete a Challenge to be eligible for a Prize.

7.3. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications of the Giveaway may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator.

7.4. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Official Giveaway Rules of the Giveaway, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator and/or Platform.

7.5 Completion of a Challenge Action may provide eligibility for Prize drawings; however Points do not automatically increase the odds of winning, no purchase is necessary, and there is a free method of entry are available as described in these Official Rules

7.6 Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). In addition to the methods of entry described above, participants may enter the Giveaway without completing any past or future purchase of a product or engaging in any Challenge Actions or engaging with the Platform in any way by submitting a mail-in entry. To enter by mail, participants must send a handwritten entry including their full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to Minelab Race to the Realm Giveaway, 4828 W 35th Street, Saint Louis Park, MN 55416.

Mail-in entries must be received during the applicable Entry Period, as determined by the Administrator. Each valid mail-in entry will be treated as one (1) entry into the applicable Prize drawing during the time the Entry Period in which it was received, and for every remaining Entry period thereafter. Mail-in entries must comply with all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail-in entries.

8. Prizes

8.1. The prizes available to be won consist of the following, to be digitally delivered or shipped to the winner (the "Winner") and fulfilled solely by the Sponsor (each, a "Prize"). You may only be eligible for one (1) Prize over all the Entry Periods.
Each Prize to be drawn on or around the dates indicated below:

Prize 1 – Prize draw to occur after Entry Period 1, on or around June 10th, 2026. Five (5) winners will receive a Prize consisting of ONE (1) Minelab Equinox 900 Detector (ARV $999.00 USD)

Prize 2 – Prize draw to occur after Entry Period 1, on or around June 24th, 2026. One (1) winner will receive a Prize consisting of ONE (1) Scheels Gift Card (ARV $3,000.00 USD)

Prize 3 – Prize draw to occur after Entry Period 2, on or around July 8th, 2026. Four (4) winners will receive a Prize consisting of ONE (1) Minelab Manticore Detector (ARV $1,499.00 USD)

Prize 4 – Prize draw to occur after Entry Period 2, on or around July 22nd, 2026. One (1) winner will receive a Prize consisting of ONE (1) Bass Pro Gift Card (ARV $3,000.00 USD)

 

Prize 5 – Prize draw to occur after Entry Period 3, on or around August 5th, 2026. One (1) winner will receive a Prize consisting of ONE (1) Minelab Manticore Detector (ARV $1,499.00 USD)

 

Prize 6 – Prize draw to occur after Entry Period 3, on or around August 19th, 2026. One (1) winner will receive a Prize consisting of:

  • ONE (1) 7-day Gold & Relics metal detecting experience in Australia for two (2) persons with a Minelab Ambassador (ARV $20,000.00 USD), including round trip economy class airfare from Los Angeles to Perth or equivalent value flight voucher, accommodation (hotels or equivalent lodging of Sponsor’s choice), meals or meal vouchers; metal detector hire (GPX 6000 and Gold Monster 2000, or equivalent models as determined by the Sponsor); daily ground transportation; access to designated metal detecting locations; services of experienced prospecting guides/trainers; and One (1) internal flight within Australia (Perth to Kalgoorlie).

 

8.2. Neither the Sponsor, nor Administrator will be held responsible in any manner whatsoever should the winner (a) not be satisfied in any way with the Prize or (b) be incapable of accessing the Prize. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to access and use the Prize.

8.3. The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable or for resale and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and for any reason whatsoever, to substitute a Prize for one of approximately equal or greater value without liability. The Prize may be forfeited by the participant without substitution.

8.4. THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL TAXES AND FOR ALL TAX REPORTING ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE IF THE VALUE EXCEEDS $600 US DOLLARS. IF YOU ARE THE WINNER, YOU AGREE TO COOPERATE WITH THE SPONSOR'S OR ADMINISTRATOR'S REASONABLE REQUESTS IN CONNECTION WITH COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICABLE TAX FORMS AND ANY OTHER REQUIRED TAX FILINGS OR COMPLIANCE MATTERS AND CONSENT TO THE DISCLOSURE TO THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE SAME. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, FOR TAX REPORTING PURPOSES, IF THE WINNER IS A RESIDENT OF THE U.S., THEY MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR WITH A VALID TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND AN IRS W-9 FORM, AND THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR MAY ISSUE AN IRS FORM 1099-MISC IN THE WINNER'S NAME.

8.5. Actual/appraised value of Prize may differ at time of Prize award. The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other Prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The Prize is non transferable. Substitution of the Prize or transfer, or assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the Prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Administrator to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Finals Event. Certain participants may be eligible to participate in a voluntary final, in-person skills based competition event (the “Finals Event”) based on their performance on the Challenge leaderboard during the Entry Periods.

 

9.1 Up to fifteen (15) participants (or such other number as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion), consisting of up to five (5) participants from each Entry Period of the Challenge (each, a “Round”), may qualify for the Finals Event based on the highest cumulative Point totals within each Round. If a finalist declines participation, fails to execute the additional terms of service, or is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor may select the next highest-ranked participant, and may continue down the leaderboard until the desired number of confirmed participants who have agreed to and signed the required terms is reached.

9.2 The Finals Event will consist of skill-based challenges designed to evaluate participant performance. Final rankings and any prizes awarded at the Finals Event will be determined based on performance in these challenges. The format, rules, scoring criteria, and structure of the Finals Event shall be determined by the Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion and may be modified. Finalists may receive travel, lodging, and/or other accommodations in connection with participation in the Finals Event and participation will be governed by a separate skills contest rule set and regulations. All travel arrangements, accommodations, and related expenses will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to additional terms and conditions provided to finalists.

9.3 Participation in the Finals Event is not guaranteed, is subject to eligibility verification, may be revoked if a participant is found to be in violation of these Official Rules or if, during the vetting process, the participant is found to have violated the Terms of Service or other applicable rules and is dependent on the finalist entering into and agreeing to the Finals Events skills contest official rules, which is a separate governing rules document.

9.4 The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a finalist or modify the Finals Event due to operational, safety, or other considerations.

10. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

11. Winner Selection and Notification

11.1. The Winner of the Prizes will be selected via a random drawing from eligible entries received under the supervision of the Sponsor and Administrator.

11.2. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. The Sponsor and Administrator shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

11.3. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

 

11.4. Receipt of the Prize offered in this Challenge and Giveaway by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as Winner, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.

12. Rights Granted by Entrant

12.1. By entering this Challenge and Giveaway, you understand and agree that the Sponsor and/or Administrator and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor and/or Administrator or their respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

12.2. By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party's proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrator. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless both MINELAB and Devour Next Inc. from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which MINELAB, and Devour Next Inc. may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party's right.

13. General

13.1. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend in whole or in part this Challenge or Giveaway at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason the Challenge or Giveaway is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering or infection by a computer virus, the Administrator may cancel the Challenge or Giveaway and conduct a draw from all previously received eligible entries.

13.2. The Sponsor and Administrator do not assume any responsibility for and are not responsible for (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with the Official Rules; (ii) any loss, damage, or claims caused by participation in the Challenge, receipt of a Prize or the Giveaway itself; (iii) your inability to access a Prize; or (iv) any failure of the Platform during the Entry Period and/or Total Entry Period, including any problems, human or technical errors, printing or typographical errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, technical malfunctions of any computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from downloading any material connected to the Challenge or Giveaway, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Challenge or Giveaway.

 

13.3. The Sponsor and Administrator do not assume any responsibility for and are not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in an entrant's mailbox to receive e-mail messages, or for late, illegible, incomplete, falsified, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, or incomplete entries, which will be void. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.

13.4. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge or Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution, and to disqualify an entrant from the Challenge or Giveaway or any other promotion conducted by the Sponsor or facilitated by the Administrator now or in the future. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered the Challenge or Giveaway in a manner contrary to the Official Rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by the Official Rules, the entrant and all of the entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.

13.5. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify an entrant from any Challenge or Giveaway if the Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, that they have harassed, trolled, inconvenienced, annoyed, caused nuisance, occasioned violence on any person, caused property damage, or otherwise misused the Giveaway or the Platform or breached these terms and conditions.

13.6. If, due to any technical, production or other error, more prizes are claimed or awarded than are described in the Official Rules, the number of prizes identified in the Official Rules will be awarded in a random drawing from all such prize claims received. In no event will the Sponsor or Administrator be responsible or liable for more than the stated number of prizes described in the Official Rules.

13.7. The Challenge and Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws.

13.8. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned.

13.9. The Challenge and Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants, the Sponsor and Administrator in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

13.10. The approximate retail value of a Prize as stated by the Sponsor in point of sale advertising, and other advertising, promotion materials, and/or in these Official Rules is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, the passage of time between the date the approximate retail value are stated by the Sponsor and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. If, at the time a Prize is redeemed or awarded, the actual prevailing retail purchase price for that Prize is less than the approximate retail value stated by the Sponsor in point of sale, television, print, or online advertising, promotion materials, on the Platform, and/or in these Official Rules, the Prize winner will not be entitled to a cheque or cash for the price difference.

13.11. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Challenge or Giveaway-related materials or content, including, but not limited to: the Challenge or Giveaway entry form, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, and the Platform; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

13.12. Unless clearly offered on the Giveaway page, if a Giveaway is not translated into a specific language, it can be requested by emailing help@devourplay.gg We are happy to provide a version of the Official Rules, and/or any other pertinent legal documents in the requested language.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 BY ENTERING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE CHALLENGE OR GIVEAWAY YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS DEVOUR NEXT INC., MINELAB AMERICAS INC., AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY LIABILITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, LITIGATION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT, FROM (I) SUCH ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE AND/OR GIVEAWAY AND/OR HIS/HER ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF; (II) UNAUTHORISED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE CHALLENGE OR GIVEAWAY; (III) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CHALLENGE OR GIVEAWAY OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES; (IV) TECHNICAL ERRORS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE, OR OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT; (V) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS, TELEPHONE, OR INTERNET SERVICE; (VI) PRINTING ERRORS; (VII) LOST, LATE, POSTAGE DUE, MISDIRECTED, OR UNDELIVERABLE MAIL.

14.2. Without limitation, the Sponsor, Administrator, its advertising and promotion agencies, will not be liable for any failure of the website during the Challenge or Giveaway; for any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the metal detectors, equipment, telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, for any reason including, but not limited to, inability to participate in the Challenge or Giveaway technical problems on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor, its advertising or promotion agencies, will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Challenge or Giveaway.

15. Disputes. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Nevada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the state of Nevada. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Giveaway). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

The Challenge and Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X Corp., Instagram, YouTube or any other social networks that are used to share the Challenge and Giveaway. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Challenge and Giveaway and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube or any other social networks.

18. Privacy The Sponsor and Administrator respect each entrant's right to privacy. By entering the Challenge or Giveaway and voluntarily providing personal information, you consent and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information for the administration of the Challenge and/or Giveaway. We will not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile information is strictly limited to the operation of the giveaway and necessary verification processes.

19. Acceptance of Rules. By participating in the Challenge or Giveaway, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, terms and conditions.
